My day today started with a high-energy keynote from Stephen Ritz, who is a teacher in the Bronx, NY. Steve saw that his community was being pummeled by lack of high quality, fresh food along with extreme poverty.
So he enabled his kids to grow their own food in urban gardens, providing a secure food supply and a hand up. The entire story is amazing, so I encourage you to check out more.
